Hello I would like to start by saying I "was" a frequent customer at McKnight el camp. However it changed this weekend Saturday evening my girlfriend and I were enjoying our dinner and pitcher margarita as we frequently do. Halfway through drinking our margarita pitcher while I was pouring our next ones I found a black hair mixed in the pitcher. Neither one of us have black hair. I pulled the hair out left it on the table and called a manager over and he said "what do you want me to do" I believe his name was Denny. I asked him kindly to remove it from the bill and he refused because we drank half of it already however he thought it was fair to only take of half the price of the pitcher because we drank half. Well I got news half of that pitcher that we did drink was mixed in with somebody's long black hair whom we have no clue where it came from. At that point I told him we would never come back and all 1200 of mine and my girlfriends friends on Facebook Instagram so on will find out and he said "okay that fine" and walked away we never even got an apology and that pisses me off. It is on Facebook and it will be going viral at any moment I have connections in newspapers and the health department. I am going to peruse all of these actions. I've never felt treated so unfairly as a customer at any business establishment before in my life over something so simple and you would think to be obvious. Your manager at McKnight is horrible he is completly unprofessional and It was fortunate for both of us that I kept my cool and didn't do something irrational after he treated me like a piece of shit. I'm done there I'll never go back and the picture that I have of that hair in the margarita will be on social media everywhere. I'm not done.

I am rather dissapointed that the ceviche i ordered is not ceviche. It appears I recieved cold shrimp on top of the base of this just how you prepare it now? I got this dish before and the shrimp were part of the dish, not simply seasoned and placed on top...i took a picture and i am eating it wondering if this was a mistake?

LOVE the new remodeled interior! The food and the service are just as good as they were. They have the BEST selection of tequilas anywhere in Pittsburgh. One of our go to places, highly recommend!
